Our current class programme and schedule

ZUMBA FITNESS-IT'S EXERCISE IN DISGUISE!

 We run our Zumba Fitness as 8 week courses-that way you can get to grips with the steps-learn and progress and really get a great workout. Courses run back to back and it is possible to join halfway through-if you are raring to get started.

 

Features of the course



 *Dance yourself slim. We use a variety of World/Latin Rhythms-including Salsa, Reggeton, Bachata, Merengue, Hip-Hop, Brazilian Funk, African Beat, Cha-Cha and Samba!

Do I have to be a dancer ? NO. Even if you have two left feet, you can pick up the moves. Give it a few sessions and you'll be suprised at what you can do.

 * At Tonics we have a wide range of Zumba Lovers. A typical class age ranges from 14 to 70 +  So much fun you'll forget you are exercising

  * Beginners are very welcome

 

Why Zumba? You will burn fat, tone up, get fitter and not even realise you are working out. The variation in pace throughout means that Zumba is a form of Interval Training-the best type of exercise for fat busting and fitness.

 

Courses run on the following days/evenings

Monday 1-1.45pm

Tuesday 5.45-6.30pm

Tuesday 8-9pm Zumba Express meets Butt To The Future-25 minutes of Zumba combined with 30 minutes of Body Conditioning

Wednesday 12.30-1.15pm

 

Prices-

Tonics Lifestyle Members pay only £15 per 8 week Zumba Course

Non-Members pay £35
