Tonics was first established in Sittingbourne in 1990 and is located in 30 acres of landscaped gardens and playing fields. Tonics now offers the chance for local people to escape the busy town centre and enjoy a visit to this beautiful club.
Our aim is to ensure that you become fitter and healthier and our instructors are only too willing to give you a programme and advise you as to how this can be achieved.
