If you're working out but still struggling to lose body fat, these simple tweaks could help.

1. Slow down & check your form

Rushing an exercise when you train guaranteed way to MINIMISE your results. Good form is essential  during any exercise. Perform every repetition slowly & focus on each muscle contracting and relaxing. This will immediately boost the effectiveness of your workout & help you to burn more body fat.

 

2. Shorten Your Rest Periods.

Shortening your rest periods during your workout is one of the best ways to increase the calorie burn. Rest for just 30-45 seconds between sets. Lessening the rest also helps your body naturally release human growth hormone helping you to burn fat even more quickly.

3. Add some caffeine .

Caffeine is certainly not for everyone. But if  I you can tolerate caffeine, it will boost your energy levels & help you take charge during your more intense sessions. Also, caffeine intake has been correlated with increased weight loss and fat oxidation and reduced fat-storing hormones in women. Caffeine also gives a slight metabolic boost to help with the fat burn.

4. Use different plates.

Simply using smaller plates can help you consume less food, improving your health and body weight. Studies have shown that diners given smaller plates too smaller portions

Use a different coloured plate.

New research suggests that an increased colour contrast between plate and food leads us to eat less.

5. Up your whey.

 Not all proteins are created equal. A study published in the British Journal of Nutrition found that, when it comes to feeling full, whey protein tops the bill. Make a post-workout whey protein shake or add whey powder to a greens smoothie for a snack that will fill you up & stop you reaching for the fatty snacks.
