Thanks to your continued support we have been able to reopen 12th April.
Currently, the 2m rule is still in place . To keep everyone safe , we are using the booking system as before. This will remain in place until social distancing guidelines change.
Your original booking codes will work as they did previously.
Any issues with the app can be resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling.

We also know that current conditions mean:
There will be no squash for the next few weeks, no sauna until social distancing rules are relaxed.
Classes will be permitted back indoors from 17th May-with the 2m rule in place.
However, weather permitting we will continue outside in the fresh air with plenty of room.
Pay as you go & new members will be welcome.
As you can probably understand, everything is still subject to change -but for now the guidelines as detailed above will apply.

Congratulations to Simon Friday our special achiever of 2019. His goal is to lose weight & get fitter. Simon has lost a whopping 5 stone since April this year . He exercises at least 5 times per week & follows a simple eating rule of creating a calorie deficit. Sensible eating for 6 days a week , then some treats on a cheat day. He has been so committed , getting up early before work to ensure he doesn't miss a workout. Well done Simon- you are an inspiration & I'm sure many people will be spurred on by your results. If Simon can do it, so can you!!!
IIt's hard to believe that Tonics Member ,Brian, turned 80 in January 2020.
We think he's amazing.
Brian trains 3 to 4 times per week following a simple programme of Cardiovascular machines & fixed resistance .
